It was back in 2007, when I was 14 years old, that my friends and I first launched Edward's Meadow. Yep, this fansite has been around for five and a half years! But during the past few months, with the Twilight Saga books and movies finished, and us getting older and busier by the minute, we've considered shutting down the site. Don't panic! Keep reading! In the end, we've decided not to shut the site down, but as of Monday, April 15th, we will be making some major changes, including the following:

1. Beautiful new layout!

2. This news blog will be deleted, though we may occasionally post news on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

3. There will no longer be a Character of the Month feature.

This way you can still have access to all of our other great features--including our fan art, fan fiction, chat, quizzes, etc--but the site will be easier for us to manage. Keeping Edward's Meadow updated takes a lot of time and energy, things we're running low on now that we're college age.

Thank you so much for all your support these past five years! It's been such an amazing experience, and all because of YOU -- the coolest Twilight fans ever! We love you all, and hope you'll continue to visit Edward's Meadow, as well as our new site; www.almostreel.com
