There have been a lot of interviews with the New Moon cast and crew. Here's a list of them all:

E! Online got an interview with Jodelle Ferland (who has just officially been cast as Bree).

Rotten Tomatoes got an interview with Chris Weitz.

The New York Times has an interview (and pictures) with Dakota Fanning.

MTV got an interview with Noot Seear.

Buzznet got an interview with Michael Welch.

Interview Magazine got another interview with Noot Seear.

I'm not sure if this counts as an "interview," but during Entertainment Weekly's photoshoot with Kristen and Taylor, they talked (probably jokingly) about auditioning for American Idol together.

Also, Stephenie Meyer updated her official site with a post about how her summer went, including lists of favorite books and songs she found.
