Lately there have been rumors that Stephenie Meyer is getting sued by a former college roomate who said that the Twilight saga was her idea, thus delaying filming for New Moon. This rumor has been confirmed to be FALSE. Summit Entertainment has confirmed that Stephenie is not being sued, and filming for New Moon is still going.
